Thank you to my sister Steph for getting this silly song stuck in my head! Now I must pass on the insanity to all of you! In case you missed it last week, Saturday Night Live actually had a funny skit on their show. It’s a rap called “Lazy Sunday” featuring the hook “the Chronic-WHAT-cles of Narnia”. And yes, once you hear the song that phrase will get stuck in your head all day long! You have been warned!

My favorite line: “You can call us Aaron Burrs from the way we’re droppin’ Hamiltons.”

Well, we got through Molly’s first Christmas! We continued our “Christmas lobster” tradition and in an unrelated story, we found a possum in our garage… let’s just say he ain’t playing dead anymore. As most babies do, Molly was more interested in the wrapping paper and bows than the gifts they covered. But now that the excitement has died down, she is playing with her new books and toys. Molly is pulling herself up onto anything or anyone within reach and is officially crawling– she’s finally figured out how to use her knees!

I apologize in advance for the large number of photos… Doug gave me a new digital camera for my Christmas/birthday/Valentine gift and I’ve been putting it to good use! It’s the Nikon D70s SLR and it is really awesome! I’m still reading through the user’s manual and figuring out all the dials and controls. I love it!
