Doug and I don’t usually have the same taste in TV, but we both agree that Comedy Central’s newest show, “The Colbert Report,” is HILARIOUS!! In fact, I think the best hour of TV programming has to be “The Daily Show” followed by “The Colbert Report.” Even the title is funny… the “t’s” are silent, so you actually pronounce it “The Colber Repor.”

Host Stephen Colbert brings his sarcastic charm to a half-hour report, tackling the important issues of the day and telling his guests why their opinions are just plain wrong. Check it out– it airs at 10:30pm Mondays through Thursdays on Comedy Central. It’s one of the few shows where I actually laugh out loud!

I asked Erin to date me 10 years ago in my dorm room at 5:40pm this day. (She said ‘yes’ in case you were wondering…) Things are a lot different now, but our love is stronger now than our puppy love then (not to be confused with our dogs). Anyway, the world now knows a couple of things:

1. Doug is a dork for remembering such a specific detail.
2. This may make other spouses jealous (too bad, so sad).
